There was no extra charge for the time and material, he replaced this at at his cost, honoring the initial quote he gave me. What a gentleman and a scholar. The workers were courteous and all very hard workers. They arrived on time, cleaning up thoroughly before they left. They were able to knock my roof out in one day and didn't want a penny until it passed final inspection. They even provide a free wind mitigation report for the insurance company. Top notch company. "Andrey and his associate came out and in less than a day repaired the cracks in my chimney and re stucco d the top half. He told me he's be back to paint on Tuesday and showed up right when he said he would. This would have been a 5 rating if when it came time to pay they accepted credit cards as they listing shows. Andrey said they only accepted checks at this time, so reluctantly I gave him one. It throws my budget off as I was planning to have to pay the full amount next month, and get some travel miles in addition. If they are no longer accepting credit card payments they should update their listing and web site. It was worth the price and they did good work, but this left a bad taste in the end"
