"We had all our windows replaced by Window Wall. All appointments were always on time. Everyone we dealt with went above and beyond to assure our questions and concerns were taken care of. The installation crew (3 young gentlemen, Elias, Luciano and James) were super polite, professional and cleaned up all debris and removed it. We were told the job would be approx. 3 days. They were finished and cleaned up on the 3rd, day. While they were working a "supervisor" showed up to check on the job and asked if we had any questions, etc. The installation crew when finishing up took us around to show us the completed work, how windows operated etc. We are having a patio door replaced by Window Wall in a few weeks. We have asked for the same installation crew for that project also. We highly recommend Window Wall."

"Our second project with Sheffield Structures went as smoothly as the first project. In this project they replaced the outdated ceramic tile with wood look ceramic tile throughout house, installed floor plug, new baseboards throughout and replaced toilet in second bathroom. "FHIA replaced 17 windows and my front door with a side light. I rate them #3, because for the most part the project is getting done; however, the project started in April of 2025...due to factory corrections that were required. We're still waiting on them to finish and have the inspection done. I've already started making payments on this project with the hope they'll finish soon. There were hiccups with installation from the startup and ongoing with the various teams that would show up either with the wrong equipment or lacking what was needed to complete the job. Continue to find screws in my driveway after every visit. On the last visit my camera caught the team dumping their uneaten lunch scraps on my front lawn. If they would have asked there's a compost bin in the back they could have used for that. Because of these hiccups and various others incidents that occurred in addition to the length of time this project is taking to complete I rate them #3. I'll upload photos later."

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"The windows and doors are wonderful.  However the project took longer than promised.  
I will say, the company does beautiful work with regard to installation and sealing of windows, doors and overall craftsmanship..  I've seen what other companies have done to neighbors houses and the work was sloppy and they actually damaged the house.  That wasn't the case here!  

I did have a few problems with our sales person Cary.  I then I started dealing with Monica, the Operations Director, who got things done right and in a timely fashion..

Actually Cary, the windows which had to be changed at your cost of 1200 were windows that you ordered incorrectly  and and were not the windows ordered according to the contract, so yes, I required the correct windows be installed."

"JC Drywall did an amazing job for us. No project ever goes perfectly, you change your mind, have to make certain adjustments, things take longer than anticipated, etc. Juan and his crew were always professional, showed up in time every day, stayed late when they had to to get the job done. This was not an easy design with new wall framing, existing wall knockouts, interior view windows, and smooth texture finish. The results exceeded our expectations. Best of all he stood by the quality of their work. Highly recommend them for your renovation projects, you won’t be disappointed."
