"Very professional. Responded to my inquiry very quickly and scheduled a prompt visit to see the project, writing a well written and detailed quote during that visit. Was able to schedule 9 days out. Called to verify time out morning of job, arrived promptly and got right to work. Very thorough cleaning of 2400 sq foot brick home, with trim, gutters, and chimney, 3 concrete patios (once which was covered, and a long concrete driveway. Excellent attention to detail included a paver walkway next to the covered patio and the birdbath. On the walk around following completion of the job, he pointed out a few areas that we would want to address such a low areas in concrete patios that needed to be leveled in order to avoid possible future water problems. made sure that we were aware that the caving of the driveway in one area was due to the fact the previous owner had not run a drain pipe under the driveway causing erosion over a long period of time. Problems we had already scheduled for repair, which he was not aware of. We did appreciate the fact that he took the time to flush out the eroded dirt drain and discussed the problem with us along with ideas to discuss with the contractor hired to correct the problem. Also shared ways to line the french drain around the front part of the house and fill with a liner and pea gravel to make the home more appealing to possible buyers. I was very pleased with this company and would highly recommend them."
