"They were able to clean even upper windows without a ladder, using their extension washer / squeegee. The downside is there were soap dribbles on almost every screen which I had to lightly scrub to remove. They removed a paint fingerprint from an upper window which was very nice. They called at their original appointment time and rescheduled for 2 hours later. Out of the 13 windows they were to clean, they completely skipped 2 windows."
