"I chose this company based on their presence on Angie's list.  They were prompt in answering the service call and coming to my house to provide an estimate for needed work.  We experienced a leak in mour airconditioning unit, which is located in the attic.  A leak developed and a substantial amount of water had begun overflowing into the ceiling and a wall.  The ceiling drywall began to swell and discolor, but finally gave in given - ultimately falling to the floor of the bedroom directly beneath the air conditioning unit.  Holland Homes determined the unit had been poorly placed and that the flex duct also had not been properly attached.  They served as a dual provider in that they were able to repair the issue with the air conditioning unit, as well as repair the sheetrock damage in serveral different places.   <br /> My only issue was that I incurred unexpected charges because their office was in Alabama and I live in Midland Georgia.  The transaction was based a "cost plus" arrangement and there was no mention of the additional fee.  With this said, I would recommend Holland Homes LLC modify their business practice such that they either <br />   1.  increase the percentage associated with "cost plus" arrangement, and/or  <br />   2.  assess a one time fee for the excessive mileage <br /> Again, my experience was exceptional overall. <br />"

"During the pandemic remote working period, I thought of remodeling my kitchen and replacing the soffits while I was working from home. I went to the internet to research kitchen remodel ideas and look for qualified contractors. 3 contractors got in touch with me. D&H offered a reasonable package for my projects. Donny was easy to communicate. He took care of every detail aspect in the projects. The exterior of the entire house was washed and painted after the soffits were replaced. The gutters were cleaned and reinstalled. I took this opportunity to replace all the exterior lighting. The kitchen remodel project was based on my conceptual idea. Donnie made my dream come true. We removed the wall between kitchen and dinning room. Donnie had a bean installed to support the open space. He was trying to keep me within the budget but I opted for higher-priced material. He respected my decisions and arranged his crew to complete the work to my satisfaction. We chose to have quartz countertop and backsplash. The quartz company's workers scratched my countertop while installing the backsplash. Donny stood by my side and negotiated with the vendor to repair the countertop and provide a discount for the accident. I learned a lot from the kitchen project. I felt Donny is a good friend vs. contractor. My new kitchen looks gorgeous. Thanks to D&H's team! My husband now enjoys cooking in the new kitchen. The two-month kitchenless period is worth it. We decided to hire D&H to replace our deck in the near future. Looking forward to a great new deck!"
