I had them over to clean my gutters and I witnessed ladders slamming against the side of my house and they tore one of the edges from the corner of my roof with their step ladder. The whole process was great and all options were presented to us for roofing. We decided to go with a cedar shake roof. It is labor intensive but the team did an awesome job. They even took care of our large shed and replaced the cupola when it arrived. They have a gutter crew they use and they also replaced all of the gutters and downspouts.
