They were honest (I had hidden some money that I had forgotten about they found it and gave it to me) they are also well mannered and very polite. "I had a full view glass storm door with sidelites installed in front of my Provia entry front door. The door is very sturdy such as thick heavy metal, lexan glass is clear, the hinges are smooth and strong, the lock is secure, the powder coated paint is beauty. the weather striping is robust and tightly sealed. The manufacturing process took a little longer than expected. A minor adjusted was needed for the lock. Medallion sent someone out immediately to solve the problem. My Provia Front entry door is awesome. I really wanted a full view security storm door to allow the Provia door to be on full display. In addition, to providing full security. Medallion knock it out of the park."
