I did get hold of someone and set up an appointment. The guy came out. Took my list of what was to be done. We went around the yard discussing each tree. At the end, he said he would email me the estimate. I asked if he had my email address. He assured me that the office had it and my telephone number. I waited five days; emailed the office, and still have not heard from them. But, I had to move on. I believe that I gave them ample time to respond, but they chose not to or their communication system is not operating properly. Don't know. Don't care at this point."

The Greentree guy (I am sorry he verbally told me his name, but I have forgotten it).I provided him with my list of what exactly I wanted done and I accompanied him around the yard pointing out the trees and discussing the job. He seemed to know what he was talking about and provided me with what I thought was useful information. When we were finished, he verbally gave me an estimate and gave me some information about Greentree's schedule and openings. I thanked him for his time and he left. The estimate he gave me was the lowest estimate I received, however it was not written down nor did he provide me with any supporting paperwork like all the rest. It may just be me but I was someone uncomfortable with this approach to business. It may have worked out perfectly well if I had decided to go with Greentree, and maybe they are so busy they don't need to be more business like. In any case, despite the low estimate, I was just not comfortable with Greentree. Other's may feel differently."
