Pete responded promptly to my initial inquiry, came out ASAP to provide an estimate on the cracked step (and on a bigger "dream" project I've been thinking about), explained what had likely caused the damage, and gave me several options for either replacing the step just as it had been, or upgrading a little bit depending on my price range. His recommendations were good, and we didn't feel pressured at all, but the full reshaping of the step into a rounded one was a bit outside our budget so we took him up on enlarging it by several inches instead. Overall, Pete was friendly and professional, and had that air of experienced competence that you look for in someone doing work on your house. I didn't even bother getting a second estimate. I did, however, call a good friend who has worked in the brick industry for years, and he assured me that the price Pete quoted was right in line with what he would expect for my project if you want it done right. When I gave Pete the green light, he scheduled the work promptly, showed up in the morning on time a few days later, and knocked the whole project out by that same afternoon. Put simply, the step looks great. It was done promptly, in line with our budget and at the price Pete originally quoted, and our whole experience with him was easy and hassle-free. The new brick color is matched perfectly with the old brick (absent a decade of wear and tear obviously), as is the cement, and it is clearly quality construction. In sum, I would highly recommend PK Masonry to anyone, and I will definitely use him again if I can ever convince my wife to let me pull the trigger on that dream project I've been thinking about..."

"Trent arrived when promised and took just about the amount of time estimated. He was very professional in his manner and in the work he performed. When he finished he said he would email the invoice along with recommendations for further work that might be necessary. The company apparently had computer trouble and I did not receive an invoice until September 9. I had been assured by both the person who scheduled the work and by Trent that there would be a discount for multiple jobs at the same address (I own a four-plex). When I finally received an invoice, there was no discount given. I sent a quick email back asking about it and was immediately given an adequate discount. Would definitely use this company again and I also would recommend them. <br />"

"Dillion and his team did an amazing job. The professionalism, quality of work and promptness of work was excellent. Thankfully Dillion told his team to not clear as much as we had marked because it kept the privacy we wanted close to our house. It was a total shock when I first saw the clearing, but I can honestly say our land looks bigger and the larger trees will be healthier now that the smaller trees are removed. "I called Seasonal Concepts originally because I saw an attractive lawn in my neighborhood and inquired as to who did the lawn care.  The owner is very nice, spends a lot of time on a quote.  The person who answers the phones is equally nice and easy to talk to. But communication breaks down with this company over and over and over again.  Example: I asked that no chemicals be put on my lawn from the time I initially called, until the present.  Chemicals have been applied to my lawn six times.  I call, I talk to the mowing crew, I even put up a sign. They don't remember.  Sometimes they blow the decks, sometimes they don't.   Sometimes they edge well, sometimes they miss places.  Sometimes there are chunks of lawn not mowed.   You get the picture. <br />  I got a quote for tree trimming, agree to it, and no one ever came to do the work.  Got a quote for aerating the  lawn.  Agreed to it over six weeks ago.  Called last week to inquire on the status, and was told I would get a call back.  Still waiting on the callback.   <br /> So the bottom line is that that they are all really nice people.  But they forget,  They don't follow through.  The work is hit and miss when they do come.  I have had enough and am looking elswhere. <br />"

"I had 3 estimates. Harold came the day after I called and made the BEST and most thorough inspection of the 3. His price was in the reasonable level for how much work needed to be done and based on how thorough his inspection and estimate were I hired him and he was here the day after the heavy rain. He and his crew worked quickly and efficiently, When I called about a couple of minor spots on the deck they were back the next to get them. We are very happy with the work."
