"Worst place ever and even expensive! Bought a big mirror for a new house. They glued a U metal part in the back to be used to hang the mirror. We screwed the other part on the wall and we hang the mirror. Went back to the house after 2 days and mirror was broken on top of the vanity, vanity destroyed, one of the faucets broken. What happened? The metal part they glued behind the mirror got detached , mirror was too heavy to be hold by such a tiny metal glued with silicone! Showed them the pictures and a video, they insisted it was properly done. They refused to refund the $200 paid. We have called them many times after , they did not answer any of the calls. They are lucky nobody got hurt, owner would be in jail and please closed if that happened. Bought same mirror in tropical glass done the proper way for $160 (20% less). Still thinking on suing them for all damages, we have everything documented. Avoid this place!!! Tropical glass is better and cheaper!"

"Rude. Inconsistent. Went in in Dec. spoke with them, they were all nice, ready to go, yes we can do just floors, yes we can do partial reno, yes you can buy a kitchen elsewhere. NOW? Not even a response via their website, nasty, entitled elite snobs. They "changed their policy", now you need to do the ENTIRE project with them, they won't even give you the time of day. This is fantastic business now that we are in a recession, people are not buying left and right, and now they are basically stating they don't need your business. No problem, we don't need to give you 75k plus worth of business. Karma always is around."
