"We paid $550 to have our carpets cleaned by this company who took advantage from start of our situation. I was unhappy with the results. I bought my own black light only to be told everything I was looking at was either my imagination, a spot that will always be there or a new spot which would be virtually impossible to have been a new urine stain because no dogs had been in since the cleaning. He said that he didn’t know that basically calling me a liar then! He refused to do any further cleaning so our $550 is a total loss plus having to pay a new company to do the job right."
