"Jeffrey, the owner, reached out immediately requesting information about my washer and the problem. He advised what the problem was and said he would call back after checking to see if he had the parts. He called me back within 30 minutes to advise he had the parts and what the cost to repair would be. We agreed on a time for the same day and he showed up on time. During the repairs (which took about 45 minutes), I mentioned a possible problem with my clothes dryer. He checked the dryer and found a major problem waiting to happen. He showed me the problem, had the parts and repaired it. It took about an hour and a half to complete both issues, all on the same day and at a great price. I now have my washer and dryer like new. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!"

On a whim (actually a recommendation from a co-worker), I called John to take a look at my washing machine as it suddenly stopped working. It turned out the dial had a broken piece which John immediately replaced and my washer is now working like new. "12/5/23. Gabriel James with A 10 Appliance Repair was the technician for my oven repair. He responded immediately to my text and he arrived at my home on time the very next day. He offered to show me his Angi badge as proof of identification. He was polite, experienced, very knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He quickly identified the issue with my oven, clearly explained what needed to be done to fix my oven, quoted a reasonable fee for his service, and completed the repair in a timely manner. He also gave me good pointers on how to clean my oven. I am extremely happy with every aspect of my oven repair from start to finish. If I could give a 10 star review, I would.
