"All went well. The gentleman who was doing the cleaning arrived on time, reviewed everything that was to be done and updated the quote to reflect the total number of windows involved. I also asked that he clean the window sills. He started the cleaning and completed the work in less than 3 hours. All nicely done."

"Damien is excellent! Very efficient and polite. He was very careful moving throughout the house and cleaned up. What a great job! Highly recommend!!"

"Amazing crew! My house has never been so clean. Not even when I first moved in. Coming home to a fresh smelling completely clean house from the ceiling to the floor boards is wonderful."

"This company did a great job at making my chair and ottoman look brand new! I will definitely be using them to clean my carpet!"

"Provided outstanding customer service and did an excellent job of cleaning my dryer vent. I would definitely hire this company again for dryer vent cleaning and air duct cleaning."

"They showed up right on time, and the three-person crew worked all day to get everything done. My windows look fantastic! Communication was excellent from start to finish. They reached out promptly, and I was able to get scheduled within just a few days. Great experience overall. Highly recommend!"

"I purchased the Angie's List deal for having our whole house air ducts cleaned and sanitized for $199. Our vents were very dirty having undergone two major house renovations. Because of how our vents are set up, our technician Val told us that they would be very hard to clean (we living in a 1959 rambler) and we might require multiple cleanings. As they were working, the weren't aware of the amount of dust that was being scattered throughout the house, again, due to the setup of our venting system. After he left, I needed to go throughout the house and clean the thing layer of dust that had settled on all surfaces. Val felt awful and apologized multiple times and you could tell that he was being sincere. He did recommend that we use an anti-bacteria and fumigation treatment because of mold he found in the vents (which he showed us pictures of) and had recommended purchasing a UV lamp to stop the growth of mold in the future. We opted to forgo the UV lamp, but purchase the additional cleaning options, which should have cost $275. It was clear that Val felt bad about the dust in the house because after we agreed to the additional cleaning, he dropped the price to $175 and also cleaned our dryer vent for free."

"They cleaned 10 windows in 40 minutes and did an excellent job. Also cleaned the screens as well. I am very satisfied."

"We hired Sixpenny because we needed an urgent cleaning done on our newly purchased house after burning one fire and they said they could be at our house within 2 days, but only provided a 4 hour time window (12pm-4pm), requiring me to take the day off of work and stay home. The day comes with gusty winds which slowed down all of their appointments that day. This would not have been a major problem in itself if the company communicated that to me proactively, but by 3pm I called to confirm we were still on the list to be cleaned. By 4pm I called and was informed that the cleaner was on his way, at 4:30 I called again was told he was still on his way but no known estimated arrival time. Finally arrived shortly after 5pm, rushed through the cleaning as quick as he could, wasn't really able to answer any questions about how to reduce the fireplace smell in the house, from the concrete slab or from the hardwood floors and left in less than an hour. I understand he had a long day and was slowed by the weather, but the lack of proactive communication to keep us in the loop, as well as the limited knowledge either possessed or shared, is why I rated this company lower."
