"Horrible experience! Contracted to have a hanging limb removed from a big oak hanging over the house at a rental property 30 miles from my residence. Don came out to give an estimate on Monday, and set work appointment for Wednesday morning at 8 AM. Showed up at eight. Don was there. We waited and talked for approximately two hours. Trucks finally arrived. Sergio, the owner told Don he would have to return on Friday with a smaller truck to do the job. Came back over Friday to meet the crew. Crew did not show. When I asked Don when they would arrive, he apologized and said Sergio had to go to school with his child Thursday and Friday so he could not meet me today. When I asked Don when they would arrive. He apologized and said that they would be out around 12 PM Saturday morning. Needless to say they did not come out Saturday and I was giving another excuse that the dump is closed and his truck was filled with debris and he could not make it today, so I figured enough was enough. I would not recommend this company for any project. They wasted 14 hours of my time in travel $40-$50 in gasoline not to mention frustrating my tenants who had to prepare for their arrival each day."
