This creating a bigger issue as it had washed away a lot of the dirt in and around my privacy fence making it loose and unstable. Ortiz Landscape did an owtstanding job with following up with calls. Mr. Ortiz himself was very helpful and had great information for me when he came out to the house to look at the job. He and the company did exactly what we discussed doing by putting in a couple of "catch bassings" and piping and rocks around the fence with concrete to help direct the water to the catch basing. He even came out again to check everything to make sure all was done correctly and to our satisfaction."

The day he started my project it was 97 degrees outside. He started pressure washing my white metal roof and got overheated. He tried so hard to finish that day but I insisted on him stopping and coming back another day. He came back on that Saturday and completed everything except the very top of my roof.
