After the installation was complete, the install crew went over the install with the project manager and took the time to point out areas where there may have been some damage from the shipping of the windows. They were very prompt in contacting the manufacture to get in the order for the replacement parts. We love the new windows. Not only do they look very nice, they offer cool features like being able to slide them both from the bottom and the top. They also pivot inwards so that you can clean both sides from inside the house. It was a very smooth process from start to finish."
