During the bid process, he was very communicative, explained things to me in ways that I could understand them and was exceptionally kind in calming my worries. We needed a few downspouts installed, some gutters re-leveled, a small strip of awful PVC gutter replaced and several leaky corners fixed. The cost for the work was more than reasonable and getting an itemized bid and invoice is great. I noticed during the bid that he and his crew worked safely... something as minor as bracing a ladder for someone else made me feel comfortable that this was a team that works together often and cares about eachother. The work is now done, everything looks great and I can't wait til it rains again."

"Terrible! This company is beyond arrogant -- I do not think it is unreasonable to know when a service company will be on my property. A simple heads-up was a huge deal to get started and even then, they may show up a day later after I've relocked the gates. Calls were not returned when trying to schedule additional service; then the customer service manager over-talked me and argued with me that calls were returned when I discontinued service. Unbelievable! Go somewhere else!"
