"We ordered a window from them the end of April. The beginning of June they came to put the window in. They had ordered the wrong size. The said that they would rush order it and we would have it in a month. After waiting a month and not hearing from them, we called to find out when the window would be put in and they said that they would check and get back with us. After many more calls we were told that the window wouldn't be in until July 23rd. We requested a refund and after many more calls were told that they don't give refunds. The window was finally installed on August 2nd over a week after they received it. We will never do business with them again.!"

"I contacted B-Dry Solutions in early June, 2024 to install an egress window in my basement. The price was reasonable and they communicated well all throughout the whole process. I received calls from the scheduler at the main office the week prior to installation and she was very helpful giving me an idea of what to expect. The installation team came on Tuesday, July 23, 2024 and completed the entire installation in seven (7) hours. The installation team (Jordan, Matt, Cody-1 and Cody-2) was professional, they knew their job responsibilities, and were efficient with their time. I was extremely pleased with all the work they completed and the end result was a beautiful installation. The inspector came this afternoon and highly commended the finished job. I couldn't be happier with the new egress window and the quality of the work done by B-Dry Solutions. I would use their services again if I had to install another egress window."

"Beware of Feldco. Misleading Sales Tactics. We had windows, siding, gutters, facet, soffiting, and a back door and storm door installed. Salesman stated two payments. 50% down to start the job and remaining due at completion and satisfaction of the jobs. They wanted payment after each job. Workers left two windows unframed with pine shims and spray foam insulation sticking out. Back door lock was installed crooked, bottom weather stripping was ripped up, and worker destroyed my original oak trim around the door and installed white trim in place of it. Siding crew didnt speak english and I came home to them installing insulation board over my existing siding instead of taking old siding off. They were caught not replacing old rotted facet boards and tried installing over rotted out wood. Vinyl trim around the windows was not even. They had to come out three times to caulk the same window. Workers put up new gutters with large black scrape on the front. Sales presentation is recorded, but will not provide a copy of audio to customer."

"I paid to have a re roof done on my house and garage which included all new drip edge as the contract states. Not only did they not do all new drip edge as you can clearly see in the photos they also did not wrap the edges so now there are big gaps where the sheathing is exposed. There was also a lot of garbage in my back yard and a bunch of nails in my driveway. Another thing they did was leave a bunch of black marks on the house from throwing old shingles off the roofs and hitting the house. When I brought that up, one of the workers lied and said that they are not responsible for that and that it says that in the contract. He ended up saying they will be “nice” and clean it off for me, But all they did was smear it and leave greasy spots that are still there 4 months later. The worker also told me, I have to power wash the stains off myself. I tried to contact the owner Paul Bryan several times with no call back at all until I left a message telling him he needs to call me back or I will take legal actions. He called me back within one minute. He told me he was sorry and blamed everything on his workers like a true leader, and said he would come complete the job I paid for and clean all the spots correctly in the next week. 4 months later, still haven’t heard from him. Another thing I just found out is he did not pull a permit for the job like they told me they would."
