"I called for an estimate and the company sent a rep. He was very friendly and promised to send me a quote. Had to text back the email since their online system did not have it. That was it. Never heard back even after following up two times. Because of this I will not recommend. If you have a huge job, go risk working with the company. If you have a branch or small tree like mine, good luck getting even an estimate from this company. Totally unprofessional. Look at website, it should have been a sign. Verbose, mind 90s feel."

"J&D did exactly what we were hoping. We needed 6 trees taken care of. Between pruning, cutting to a stump, removing, trimming, all was done. And they cleaned up completely while they were working and when they were done. I will absolutely go to these guys again and I will recommend them to others."
