"There needs to be an A++ for this business! We purchased our house a couple of years ago and the front and back yards were both a wreck in every way (lawn, trees, randomly planted shrubs, weeds). There were multiple evergreens in the front yard physically touching the house, a bunch of randomly planted (like 7) trees in the back yard that looked terrible, invasive species and vines growing up into the trees/shrubs that we wanted to keep. I set up an appointment, got an estimate on Monday and Wednesday at 9 a.m. the work was done (removed all trees and shrubs, ground down stumps, put everything in the woodchopper on site and turned it to mulch. Everyone was courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, professional, punctual - I could not have had a better experience. Everything was neat, tidy and looked great when they left. I highly recommend this company - I was so impressed that I told them that they need to charge more for the work they do (my husband had asked someone else for an estimate, and got a quote that was 10 times the amount we paid for about 25% of the work that they did). ! I also like that it is a nice family-owned local business. This will be our go to tree company as long as our family lives in the Lansing area. WOW."

"Josh responded quickly to my inquiry, and he removed a significant tree stump with extended above ground roots the next morning. Separately, he also ground down many unknown smaller tree and shrub stumps left by the previous homeowner. His price for each job seemed reasonable and he graciously took away upper portions of the tree stump that were not ground down. I was very happy to see a significant problem and eye sore quickly removed shortly after purchasing the house."

"Dan came out evaluated the job and reset a follow up appointment with us to complete the work. H e arrive on the schedule day and completed the job professionally. He explained how he was going to perform the work as there were about 12 stumps buried under oak leaves in a wooded area and he was able to remove them all. I would definitely recommend him to others and use him again should we remove other trees! Dan is a very personable guy and was easy to work with and very friendly."

"If I could give this company 10 stars I would. 1. MARY ANN- holy moly she is an angel. Not only did I change my mind on services I probably caused her hours of headaches. But she remained professional and light hearted and never made me feel like a burden. She is Top-Notch ha. 2. Pricing- we had FOUR different companies come out and give us estimates to haul our huge trees from our backyard. And they were the cheapest by $1500. 3. Responsiveness- they were on time. Professional and all around go getters. And they finished an hour earlier than they expected and comped us an hour for crane use... I mean who does that any more!?! 4. Entertaining- the whole neighborhood literally our entire block (a couple weeks later) are still talking about the fact that the moved the trees OVER our house so we didn’t even need to take down our fencing... it was terrifying to watch but amazing at the same time. Overall if we had any more trees to take away they would be my first choice. Amazing experience, highly recommend."

Much less than another company who said they would need a crane that came with a ridiculous quote. Earl explained exactly what they'd do and even offered to trim some other trees. They showed up on time and before even setting things up, took steps to protect my house and property. I was amazed at how fast they were and in the end, did more than I had hoped for.
