"I am completely satisfied with this service provider. A phone call to this service went to an answering machine. They returned my call within a couple of days. I was given a date/time when they would be out to survey the job and Rich arrived on time to do so. Quite frankly, I was surprised by the estimate (higher than I expected), but based on a neighbor's recommendation and other favorable reviews I'd read, I agreed to it. He said it would probably be a couple of weeks, but he wanted to get the job done before it got really cold. His crew showed up unexpectedly last week. They trimmed the tree to my satisfaction and safely removed both trees. I now understand the price quoted to me. They brought a bucket truck towing a trailer plus another truck towing a chipper. Later in the day another truck arrived with dirt. All the limbs and tree trunks were shredded into the back of one truck and hauled off. In order to get the bucket truck close to the house, they laid down metal plates on the lawn to drive on so as to not damage the lawn. This same approach was used to get the stump grinder to the locations of the two removed trees. Dirt was brought in to fill the holes from where they removed the stumps and grass seed spread over and worked in to the soil. Rich and crew took great care in not damaging the existing lawn. They moved one of my Christmas lawn displays out of the way so they could get their truck in place, then put it back after they were done. They carefully lowered large branches to the ground so they would not gouge the lawn. They worked until past dark to complete the job. They removed all the small branches, wood chips and even some leaves I had raked out to the curb for the city to pick up. I am 100% satisfied with their work. After seeing all the equipment and manpower used, plus the excellent clean-up work, I now understand the cost, but it was well worth it to me. Also, Rich answered many questions we had about replacement trees and future landscaping we'd like to do. Four Seasons will certainly get the job for that as well."

"Their service is excellent.  They are always happy to answer questions.  One impressive point is that once when they were scheduled to perform a grub-treatment service, the man rang our bell to talk with us and tell us that, because of the extremely hot weather we had had, there was no point in doing the treatment.  He could have just treated our lawn, since that was what we had planned, and we would have not thought anything of it.  That kind of honesty is the sign of a good business and we really appreciated it. <br />"
