Excellent surface preparation including old chipped or peeling paint removal, calking of gaps and cracks and quality oil based primer on areas needing it. "I contacted Brett on September 4th and he responded the same day. He made an appointment to come to my home for a quote. I could tell immediately that his attention to detail was far above the other three quotes I had received. He was not the least expensive or the most expensive quote, but he spent more time looking over each wall than any of the other painters. He quoted me a start date of December 3rd. If you know me, I take for ever to make decisions about big projects, but when I do I want them done right then. I decided to test my patience, and it was well worth the wait! Most anyone can paint a house, but over time there are small inclusions that need repair and most painters will avoid fixing these as it takes additional time. Brett went over each item he noticed. I even added on additional areas as we went because I knew he would do it to the standards I was looking for. I will be contacting Brett again for the upstairs bedrooms. I recommend planning ahead."
