Not only was Chris willing to power wash all areas,using a lift, he also removed gutter guards and cleaned the gutters as well. An example of how he goes above and beyond is that he also made a few aluminum siding repairs and was willing to power wash the tiled entrances to both buildings. He discovered that we needed some flashing replaced, and worked to fabricate the needed material in the evening so it could be installed the following day. Chris was dedicated to completing the work as scheduled, and he did so by working a full day in the rain. We found his work to be detail oriented, and were extremely happy with the results.
