They responded immediately when I called (unlike a couple other companies) and were at my house within the hour to give me a quote. I called to offer them the job and they scheduled for the next day. They showed up as promised and did the job as agreed. They did high quality work and left the yard as clean or cleaner than they found it. They accepted several payment methods so I didn't have to write a check. I am very pleased with the work performed and the price. I would definitely work with Bucket Man again."

"This company is completely unprofessional. My husband and I chose them cause they were the cheaper option and found out the hard way that’s not always the best choice. When they came by for our scheduled date they left without ever talking to me to explain anything for after care. I have weeds sprouting up and they never came back for their construction cones. We have a 5 year warranty and when I called them up to discuss these issues on 3 different occasions I was told someone would come out and that never happened. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company and I strongly urge no one to go there. My husband and I will definitely need the job re-done in the next couple of years. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THEM!"
