"I contacted five tree removal services for estimates. Richard's Tree Care was the only one who has yet to provide me with an estimate. I do not know what the problem is. I initially attempted to establish an appointment by using the online form on their website. After three or four days of not hearing from them, I decided to contact them by telephone. I did get hold of someone and set up an appointment. The guy came out. Took my list of what was to be done. We went around the yard discussing each tree. At the end, he said he would email me the estimate. I asked if he had my email address. He assured me that the office had it and my telephone number. I waited five days; emailed the office, and still have not heard from them. But, I had to move on. I believe that I gave them ample time to respond, but they chose not to or their communication system is not operating properly. Don't know. Don't care at this point."

"Very responsive, though scheduling was a little difficult (attributable to the fact that the company is busy and does good work). Mr. Mendez trimmed my 4 out-of-control Arborvitae bushes and removed/disposed of several layers of old mulch to make room for new mulch. Unfortunately, I couldn't find new black mulch at this time of the year so I'll have to wait to finish that part. I wish there was a place to post before/after pictures, because Juan did a great job on cleaning up my front bed. :-)"
