The company owner came to the job site early and was on the roof taking measurements when I arrived to discuss an estimate. Chitwood had experience with residential flat roofs and answered my questions about its construction. He explained what needed to be done to repair the roof and exactly how he would go about doing the job. His manner was professional and friendly. I appreciated the explanations and advice yet did not feel at any time pressured. He provided a written estimate that laid out in detail everything he would do for this job. <br /> His final fee was the same as the estimate. <br /> It took a while for us to begin the job as we were waiting on closing. As soon as we closed we contacted Chitwood and gave him the go ahead. Even though he was finishing up another job at the time, I was pleasantly surprised the next day to see he had already begun moving ladders and equipment to the job site. He and his crew promptly started on the job and arrived early each morning and worked until 6:00 each day. He completely tore off the old roofing, replaced rotten wood, and installed new flashing and vents. Chitwood and his crew finished the job quickly and took pains to do the job right. Both of the new roofs look great and are well flashed. <br /> He also did a fantastic job of keeping the work area cleaned up. In fact he went above and beyond by removing some limbs and bags of leaves that I had racked up. Upon finishing the job he and his crew made a final sweep to make sure all the debris was removed. <br /> All in all the guy did a great job for a fair price, and he was easy to work with. <br />"

"Mr. Marcus Evans owner came to property and gave us an estimate for each property and start date.  He had no problems getting materials for the three large roofs.  Because of the major hail storm that hit OKC and an influx of out of state roofers in town, the materials were becoming scarce.  Friends had roofing companies push start dates back 6+ months.  Evans had all our roofs replaced within  45 days of the claim.  His crew was very respectful of property and neighbors.  My wife and I were so impressed with their work we cooked bar-b-que ribs for the crew on their last day.  Several neighbors have since used their services. <br />"
