"It went just as he described. High quality work and he has the special tools needed to give the job a professional look. He is a one man company so he is able to keep all aspects of the job on a high level. He is very pleasant to work with, and very trustworthy. We had one deep pull out drawer that was not working right. He looked at it and replaced the slides and all is well. We have recommended him to my sister, who needs the type of work that he does. "Our estimate visit was scheduled and completed quickly. We had to wait for the work to be started this past summer because they were very busy but when the work started it was done quickly and well. They arrived on schedule each day (a 2 1/2 day project) and cleaned up at the end of each day. We had up to five painters working at once and all of them were courteous, friendly, and careful of our home space. We were happy to have them here. Lead persons kept us informed of the work plan and answered our questions quickly and completely. The quality of their work was superb. Two of our bedroom's walls had been scarred with a through-the-wall air conditioner that I removed and wall-patched, dry wall damage from removal of 40 year-old wall paper and multiple holes from picture-hanging nails and drapery hardware. The painted walls looked perfectly smooth when they were done. They patched up some other minor wall damage resulting from an earlier window replacement project. After almost 3 days of work they were happy to help us move our heaviest furniture back in place. Two months after completion we haven't found a single out-of-place paint drop, all the walls and ceilings look great, and we're very happy that we chose PP to do the work."
