"I had a driveway and stamped walkway poured. The driveway came out great. The stamped walkway, not so great. First, the color didn't embed in the concrete properly. When the walkway was pressure washed, the color came out very splotchy and looked like something was spilled on it. It took over 4 months for them to come back out and fix it. In fixing it, they didn't mask the existing driveway properly, so now there is over spray from color and sealer on the driveway. My driveway next to the stamped walkway now looks absolutely terrible! 5 minutes with some drop cloths or tarps would have made all the difference. The attention to detail isn't there with this company. It's a shame because I really liked the guys as the work was being completed. The end result is far from what is should be, however."

"If we were rating just the work crews and project manager, we would give 5's all around. They were outstanding. Unfortunately we received very little communication from the owner after we signed the contract, and it was only after we repeatedly contacted the company that we received information from him about scheduling. There was a 9-week delay between the first phase of the project and the second, final phase. About two weeks into that delay, the owner said we would see a crew in "2 to 3 weeks," but they didn't actually show up until 7 weeks later. We weren't given that time frame until we had called the company several times. We were especially frustrated because we had told the owner repeatedly that our daughter was getting married on August 12th, and we were planning to host a couple of pre-wedding events at our home. Only through the great effort of the crew and project manager was a large part of the yard done in time for the wedding rehearsal, which was held in our backyard. At the end, the owner apologized for the delay but only reduced our total price by $500 (out of a total cost of about $37K). We signed the contract in September 2016, and the owner advised that we wait to start the project until spring, so that we would get a better selection of plants. We agreed to that plan. Work began in late March or early April. With the 9-week delay, the project wasn't completed until August 21st, nearly a full year after we had signed the contract."
