The quality of the new roof and their ability to interface with our insurance adjuster were very much appreciated. The crew that did the roof install were excellent and friendly and got the job knocked out in one day. The only thing that ended less than satisfactorily was that additional damage to the interior of the home which was part of the claim was supposed to be coordinated by Roofing Annex with another sub contractor and that never happened. Probably not the fault of TRA but I thought it should be noted if you are in need of more repairs outside of just the roof. As it turned out I am working directly with my insurance adjuster and this is being taken care of anyway. All in all I would still recommend TRA to family and friends."
