"I chose to work with Leaders because I saw firsthand how great the team was when my old roommate used Leaders during our previous move. With this move, I am so glad I was able to schedule Leaders. Alejandro and Tyler were awesome - friendly, professional, and great at their job. All my furniture was moved with care. They made my moving day seamless. Thanks, team!"

"We were downsizing and selected All My Sons Moving and Storage, a family owned company to move us & it involved furniture delivery & set up in 3 different local locations. We then had them come back to move more items we had changed our minds on, & that went as smoothly and efficiently as the first day. Josh headed up the operation both days & was very professional, thorough, & time-efficient & he made sure the move not only went smoothly, but that it was completed in the estimated time of completion, which we greatly appreciated! His crew consisting of Eugene, Matt & Orlando were excellent as well. Adam & Austin were also helpful with the administrative part of the move, & together they all functioned like a well-oiled machine! When you're talking about your valued possessions being moved to a new location, you want to hire the best to get the job done, & that's exactly what we did by hiring All My Sons Moving and Storage! Thank you for your excellent service!"

FAQs for in-state moving service projects in Dayton, OH

Laws differ from state to state, but the number one rule is that you cannot move a mobile home on your own. You have to hire a licensed mobile home moving company. While each state is different, you’ll also have to research HUD codes, permits, and other laws specific to the area to ensure your move follows all necessary regulations.

Yes, a permit is required to move a mobile home. You must secure permits in the state of origin and in every state through which the mobile home passes. When moving across state boundaries, obtain a permit for each state. Your moving company assists in acquiring all required permits, ensuring strict compliance with local regulations during the entire relocation process.

No, you cannot move a mobile home built before 1976. Mobile homes constructed before 1976 do not meet current safety standards and must not be relocated. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development enforces strict guidelines that prevent moving older models. Verify the build year and comply with all HUD regulations to ensure safety and legal compliance.
