After I placed the order we got a phone call the day before confining the appointment (10-12) and Nelson - the installer - showed up in the agreed timeline. He completed the installation AND set up a couple of additional remote controls (he even helped set up my car "remote control"). "Do not use this service!!! We hired them to remove a desk and two bookshelves when we were moving out of our apartment. When we went into the backyard for a moment to grab something, we returned in the house to find they had thrown out four antique chairs belonging to our landlord which they were explicitly told not to take. On top of that, they broke the chairs immediately to throw in the truck so they were completely unsalvageable. When we talked to the managers about it, their stated policy is that they will only reimburse items they destroy by mistake if you are standing there watching them do it, you tell them not to destroy the item, and they refuse to stop. They also insisted we were lying about telling them to not take the chairs, and because Trash N Dash does not give you any paperwork or contract we apparently have no recourse. Not only are we now being charged hundreds of dollars for these antique chairs by our landlord but Trash N Dash left broken glass and sharp screws in our driveway when they left that we had to clean up. Ultimately, Trash N Dash is extremely unprofessional and has cost us a lot of money."
