"The company came to give me an estimate for a chimney installation and I ended up agreeing to them installing a wood stove and a chimney in my basement at a very high price. They finished the job in two days but left garbage in the backyard and there were issues with the workmanship. I complained and they were back within a week to fix it to my satisfaction. I was promised that they would pull the permit for the job so that it could get inspected and my insurance company could be notified. It is now 3 months later and I am still having trouble getting the company to fill out the permit to the specifications of my town building inspector. Over the last month I have repeatedly called, texted and emailed and I've been getting the runaround. I paid them $10,000 for a chimney and an $800 wood stove and installation which is excessive. That is my error into agreeing to it. And now I'm not even sure that the job was done correctly. I do not recommend this company to anybody"

"I needed a tribute walkway put in asap. Beni & Son responded quickly. As a matter of fact, he was able to come the next day! Responsive, professional, super nice (and funny too!). They kept in constant contact throughout the day. Gave me updates and text/called me with questions. Our walkway turned out beautiful! The community was so happy! "Roofing its something no home owner ever wants to do, but most have to go through. I won't even lie I wasn't even planning on getting a new roof, but Dale Knocked on my door and thats where the process started. My roof did go through insurance & aside from signing paper work/paying my deductible A1 handled everything. Obviously specific details from the insurance goes to you and then given to A1. Its not a short process and there is paperwork you have to sign, but all In all it did take me about 4 to 5 months where the process was started to roof replacement. Dale handled interactions with showing my the conditions of my roof and how to go about getting it put through the insurance. The only hiccup was that I have solar panels and I did feel like they where taken down to early (almost 5 months off), but I made my concerns known and one of the Managers called me and credited me $500 bucks (100 per month) that the panels where off. They did tell me setbacks in productions and things happen, but made me happy by giving me this credit. Didn't fight me on it, and didn't make me feel like I was just an insurance check on the other end. You can trust A1 home improvement with your home. I would like to thank Dale for his work & all the others that helped me throughout one of the most stressful process there can be for a house."
