After I did, he said the job was too large and requested additional payment. He stated it was advertised as single room, which it never was advertised this way. Ally remained professional and responsive, making efforts to resolve the issue, which I appreciated, but the experience was frustrating due to miscommunication, unpreparedness and last-minute changes."
