Shawn Hiatts first response to us was I think it is going to warm up next week, I can get it done then. He showed up and did the work. He went above and beyond by making the step a little wider, which was very acceptable to us. Less chance of falling off as the other step was not so wide. Also we were aware of needing dirt work done around the house and rock out over it. He told us that we might want to get dirt work done to save damage layer. We told him yes we knew it needed done. He offered to do it at a very reasonable price. That evening the dirt work was done and the next morning rock was down. He is very efficient and professional. We will definitely use him again when we need more work done!!"

"I hired this company to cut my grass. He asked for pictures of my yard, so I sent him several. He texted me and said he'd be at my place on Thursday or Friday (Aug 28 or 29). Those dates worked for me. He said he'd text me before he was on his way. On Aug 29 around 4 pm I called him because my yard was still not mowed. He apologized profusely and said he got his schedule mixed up and said he would either come that evening or first thing Saturday morning. I thanked him and said that would be just fine. Now at 2pm on Saturday and he hasn't arrive and isn't responding to my call or text. I have now called to tell him to not bother coming at all. "
