I HAD CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY WHO DECIDED TO DO THE HIGH PRESSURE STUFF AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE UNLESS I BOUGHT TODAY. <br /> DAN FROM GUTTER PROS CAME OUT MEASURED IT UP AND LET ME KNOW I COULD TAKE AS LONG AS I NEEDED TO MAKE A DECISION. THEIR PRODUCT WAS GREAT TOO. I EXPLAINED I WANTED TO CHECK THEM OUT AND READ REVIEWS ON THEM AND THE PRODUCT. SO I TOOK A FEW DAYS AND GOT BACK TO THEM.  <br /> LOVED THE INSTALLER, WILL, ALSO. <br /> I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A GREAT PRODUCT AT A GREAT PRICE. <br /> WE HAVE HAD PINE NEEDLES CLOGGING THE GUTTERS FOR YEARS, I WAS JUST FED UP. <br /> SO, I AM EXCITED TO HAVE THIS DONE. <br /> THE OTHER COMPANY THAT WAS OUT WAS LEAF FILTER OR GUTTER HELMET, I DONT REMEMBER. "Initially communication was spotty until timelines were fully set. Once work began everything was great from his end. My condo developed a roof leak and the association had to repair it 3 times, This completely ruined his timelines and he was fantastic about postponing/putting off work in affected areas. Floor and paint look great. Attention to detail was excellent down to 1 1/2 inch long mitered shoe molding pieces in closet areas. We are very satisfied and will be using him again in a bathroom remodel this Sept."

"<p>After my terrible experience with George's Painting, I had called Mike Rafferty and some other painters. Mike had called and had set up a date for an estimate. The other painters either were booked up or just didn't want to do the job because my house was built around 1926.  Mike came out and went over what I needed to have completed but he even gave me quotes, if I didn't want to have everything completed at one time, so after going over the plan and the price, I was sold. The bonus was that Mike could start the job in two weeks, the day after labor day. Mike and his crew came by just as expected and had completed the job the same day, which I was amazed but more important the work was Awesome, this was no small job folks, but Mike completed it and also did a couple of  favors for me as well, so needless to say his customer service far exceeded what I had expected. He does have one retouch to do but to be honest it may take him about 15 minutes and that is all. My wife and I are very excited about the job, Mike and his crew completed and again I must reiterate the price was fair, the job again was Awesome, plus the clean up after the project had been completed was the icing on the cake. "Ernie Haas provided a very thorough examination of our roof which enabled us (after much back and forth with our roofer (DCF Contracting)) to ensure that all necessary and required repairs were made to our roof. Mr. Haas stayed in contact with us for more than a month to ensure that any questions or issues we had were addressed."

"They did a very nice job and they did it in one day.  The only thing that I didn’t like was that I got an estimate for $600 and he wanted the whole $600 all at once.  I told him I don’t do business that way.  I gave him half before he started and I gave him half when he was finished.  I don’t do any business with anyone who wants all their money up front.  His workers were excellent.  We liked the outcome and as soon as I told him I wouldn’t give him all his money upfront, he was okay with it."

"Outstanding. The gutters were excellent quality and Mr. Gentry is very professional. He bid on the project (for replacement of 2 very long roof gutters), and provided outlined our options. He then followed-up on his bid as requested, was willing to adjust his bid to meet my needs, then installed the new gutters promptly and as promised within 7 days. He work is excellent and it was refreshing to deal with a true, high integrity professional."

"The Arnold Schwarznegger of raccoons had mangled the box vent on our roof and had become a very frequent (and very unwelcome) visitor. Anthony came out to have a look the day we contacted him and was able to quickly assess the damage and outline the necessary repairs. Admittedly I was a little surprised at how much this was going to cost me, BUT he also was very honest when I showed him other wet stains on our ceiling that I thought might be due to damage on the roof and told me they were not, and advised how we could deal with them. He could have easily hoodwinked us and padded the needed repairs, but I was impressed by his honesty. We decided to go ahead with the work. He couldn't find the same vent that had been damaged and had to hunt around for an alternative. Even with the difficulty in finding the right vent, and the almost daily thunderstorms, within a week from first contact, the job was complete. I would have never even known they were there except for the fact that the repairs were obvious. Often, when we have had outside repairs done, we find ourselves stuck with the clean up. Not so with Mr. Holden. It is so difficult to find a home improvement contractor who is prompt, competent, and reliable. I'm very happy to have found Mr. Holden, will happily hire him for any future work we need done, and can say that I recommend him without reservation."
