"I am very, very pleased. Mitch worked with me to keep my cost down and allowed a number of choices for me to do so. The job was done very quickly and the team was a group of very polite and hardworking men who are very good at what they do. Mitch is thorough and when two of the paving stones cracked, he came back and personally reset the new ones. Mitch also provided me advise for how I can improve the path next year. "Overall the job went very well. I normally don't take this long to leave a review, but the job was performed a few months back. At first the wrong size door was picked up, but upon trying to install realized a custom size was needed, the only negative was the amount of time it took from intital contact to installation due to all of the issues. After some talking, they were able to bring the price down a bit for me due to the inconvenience. It was installed prior to the cold weather and am noticing now that it's rubbing a bit on the frame due to the heat, but I plan on contacting soon. Overall very responsive, courteous, and professional."

She met with us several times at the stone yards for material selection; I felt during our meetings that she was attuned to what we were looking for in the final result. The work began and finished on time according to the schedule as she projected. She kept in touch with us during the installation in case we wanted any adjustments/changes and for questions. They were all we could have hoped for in terms of responsiveness, clarity in terms of scope of work/warranty, and cost. The project could not have turned out any better!"
