"Not terrible, but not the best. Scheduling was difficult to begin with. They said they could only come on a Tuesday or Thursday. I asked a month in advance about the Tuesday before thanksgiving and they seemed to delay responding several weeks. They finally said no one could come that week but could come the thur. before. I took it. Communication was weird over email because the person I was communicating with kept changing. The cleaning: Stairs were left extremely slippery. My brother slipped on thanksgiving and hurt his back...not sure what they polished with but it left a really slippery coating. In the bathroom there were areas that hadn't been touched. Hair and dirt residue behind faucet... smear of soap left on tiles. Stainless steel was left shiny, and carpets were well vacuumed but I had more thorough cleanings prior from other companies. I left a tip and no thank you was left. I don't know...didn't leave me feeling great. But overall decent job."
