After meeting with Jose, we didn't hesitate to sign a contract immediately to get the work done. One of the biggest factors in signing was that the folks who do the work are company employees, not contractors. Fast forward a few weeks later and Paul Camarro and his crew showed up at the house on time and ready to work. When they were done, Paul showed us photos of the completed repair work, so I knew they delivered as promised. Jose is in the process of making a follow-up appointment so that he can inspect the job and make sure that we are completely satisfied. From Cat Vaillancourt and Mary Kay Macfarlane in the office to Jose to Paul, every person we dealt with at Vaillancourt was fantastic and professional. Their emails often include the signature, "The Team at Vaillancourt Roofing" and it's obvious that they truly are a team. "I met Tom Marquis on a raining day in my yard. I explained my concern about the leak in the roof above the porch roof. The water was seeping through the porch ceiling and a threat to the light bulb in the porch ceiling. This created a serious situation and Tom understood.
