"This company worked very fast but very efficient. They did such a good job that I have hired them to take care of my regular maintenance"

"Recently our regular lawn guy broke his leg and I wondered if we could hire someone for a short time while he healed. So, I went searching online to find just that through Home Advisor. Jose of Nice & Clean was very efficient and did a great job on our lawn, his prices are very fair and his work was right on point. I will not hesitate to call him if I need his services again, which I'm thinking I will."

"Mr. Shaw has provided excellent lawn and sprinkler service for my home for 8+ years . He has kept my lawn beautifully and I receive many compliments. His pricing is fair. He addresses all concerns in a timely manner. I recommend this company for quality lawn care."

"I hired them to remove a big tree from my back yard and they did a great job. They were careful , respectful. They removed the tree and left everything cleaned. I am so pleased with their job that from now on they will be my to go business for future landscaping. Thank you Alejandro"

"Amazing attention to detail.. Very responsive. Cleaned up at the end of every day Highly recommend"

"Terry did a walk-around prior to taking the job & quoting me $125/week that he said was required to maintain the yard: mow, edge & scuffle around plantings, trim front hedge. The one time he showed up w/his crew, they all took turns doing work. After 1 hour, he declared the job was complete, leaving plant debris on the lawn, plants, rocks. I asked them 4 times to blow it out. Terry said, "It's too much work. Hire someone else.""

"My yard was extremely overgrown at the new house we bought. Alejandro came in and worked magic. Everything looks beautiful now! Very reasonably priced and quick turnaround. Highly recommend!"

"Emmanuel is very professional and did an excellent job, he fixed a few holes the tenants left behind. Exceptional work. Highly recommended."

"I'll start with the positive points: Anthony pulled the permit as promised, even taking the county-required encroachment form to the correct location at the Broward County Courthouse. He started the job when promised, and at my request saved the sod that was dug up so I could move it to the back yard. He held to the contract, charging exactly the amount in it, no more, no less. However, the job, which Anthony initially told me would take a maximum of 2 weeks, took a month to the day to complete. Anthony wanted to start the job 2 days after a major flooding event in my city, during which my entire property had been under water for about 24 hours. I expressed concern about this, but Anthony insisted it would not be a problem. He then came out and began tearing out my old driveway. He worked approximately half the day before cutting out saying that his equipment (bobcat) couldn't get any traction in the still wet earth. The final job looks anything but professional. It has 3 or 4 different textures applied to the concrete and a pronounced change of height in the slab where the first load of concrete ended and the second began. The edges are not straight. Rather than pouring the sidewalk separately like every other contractor who did this type of work in my neighborhood, he poured the sidewalk at the same time and simply cut it out with a concrete saw. He did not remove whole sections of the sidewalk, but cut out the old sidewalk at the edges of the driveway. There are footprints all over the driveway and sidewalk where he walked on them before the concrete was set. He managed to splash concrete all over my garage door in the process. Finally, he did not manage to do the one thing that I was insistent on from the beginning: my finished driveway pools water at the end near the street. When I asked him about all these deficiencies, his answer was, "No job is perfect"."

"I started off calling Angie’s List (Angi) I chose Green Stream Irrigation and at the beginning I was a little skeptical, but after seeing the job done and everything working fine it was like all the worries went away. I would recommend this company to anyone who is within their area"
