All 3-D design services include architectural and engineering disciplines and convey on paper & electronically. Billing for design work, upon accepted proposal, is 4 parts - includes a deposit, schematic design, design development and construction documents. Building construction services, upon signed contract, include permitting and all trades, materials and disciplines to complete the work specified on the drawings. Billing for construction work follows typical draw schedule and initial deposit protocol.

Due to time limitations from Omega Construction's very high public demand- we do not provide free estimates or consultations. A flat amount is based on project's specific needs, and is discussed prior to setting an appointment. All Minor Repair Work is provided on a Time+Material billing basis only (charged by the hour).
