"Let me start by saying i'm not your 'give a review' type guy. <br /> I do believe that when you receive the level of service and friendlyness my wife and I received, its worth mentioning. <br /> We are not residents of Florida but do own a second home there and at the time the service was provided I was unable to be there to oversee the work. I mention this because part of the hiring process meant that I needed to find someone that I could trust. <br /> B&D Roofing or more specifically, Bill Glenn, his brother Keith and crew is where I placed that trust. <br /> I had met with 4 different companies, all of which I felt were good enough to to do the job but it was Bill that I felt most comfortable with. <br /> I did have some minor concerns because even though I wasn't able to be on site, my elderly inlaws would be living there at the time of the job and expressed how I wanted the job to start a little later in the day as to not wake them. That never became a problem. <br /> Without my asking, during the process of the job I was sent text messages and pictures to show the progress of the work done that day. My inlaws could'nt say enough good things about the crew on how polite, professional and how well they cleaned up at the end of each day, not a nail to be found! <br /> At the end of the job I separately asked my inlaws and the two gentelmen that over see our property a very simple question...... <br /> " If this were your home, would you consider this a good job?
