"Chase was great to work with! Would highly recommend. Job was to replace a ceiling light fixture in a 2 story foyer. His prices were competitive. His communication was top-tier. When the job was done, the new fixture didn’t cover the same area of the ceiling as the old one, and there was a slight ‘ring’ on one side of the ceiling. Chase brought the issue to my attention and offered to fix it at no extra cost (going back up on ladder and painting). Very impressive service and he clearly wanted to do a good job. "I have used them for fall and spring clean up. they do a nice job. We decided to mow our own grass this year and discontinued that service HOWEVER I gave them dates to mow when we were out of town and they said they would mow -- I sent them a reminder by email, text and voice mail before we left. When we arrived home our lawn was not mowed and very tall. I was very disappointed and I thought they considered me a good customer. I have left them messages, texted them and sent email and they have NEVER responded. I always paid their bill in a timely manner and even recommended them to a few people. I really don't understand why they didn't call and let me know they were going to be unable to mow lawn when we were out of town."
