"We were original happy with the speed that he was able to come out. His equipment is just a huge shop vac and air compressor. Thought we were getting a deal but then attempted to upsell on need to have a mold treatment. Showed my wife a picture of one of the vents but then could not recall what room it was in. Good thing we opted for second opinion. After calmer heads took over we started trying to figure out which room and cannot match the picture to any vents. I then decided to open on my own and take a look before second opinion arrived. I was shocked that our cold air returns (trunks we paid extra for) are still dirty especially in the middle so basically just blew the crap around.
