These included totally gutting and finishing my kitchen; finishing a basement to include a den, bedroom, bath, and laundry room; and replacing the exterior siding and trim on my 1974 house. He is an amazing carpenter/craftsman. He is easy to work with and comes up with creative solutions to problems. He comes at a moment when notice when emergencies arise and his rate is extremely reasonable. I highly recommend John for any addition or remodeling project."

"Do NOT trust this company? Did a remodel project at my home.. Did not bother to pull building permit for the majority of the project.. Completed HVAC and electrical work that he isn?t competent enough to do.. For the first time living at my home- we now have water coming in our mechanical room through pipes he ?re-routed?? We also found a pipe from the heater completely disconnected from a pipe leading to outside which I can only assume is for heater exhaust- putting us at risk for carbon monoxide.!!! When approached about this.. He says ?mistakes happen in our industry???.. Minimal to all of the safety issues this man has created- they are insanely messy.. it took me 3 days to clean up their deck expansion and patio door replacement mess? They threw so many discarded materials and screws on to our basketball court and rocks.. Left the deck wide open (7 feet in the air) for days at a time during construction?. Left power tools everywhere overnight with small children in the house?. "
