"Patrick was very polite, knowledgeable, on time and worked efficiently even with myself and my dog in the house. The carpets were in rough shape where there was a lot of traffic and there where some stains. For the most part the carpets looked pretty good when they dried and of the dirt and stains came out of the carpets. I only wished that around the dinning table had come out as good as the rest of the carpets but it is a high traffic area especially for the dog. I have had the carpets cleaned before from another company and it took a couple of days for the carpets to dry. However, when Patrick cleaned them the carpets were pretty much dry by the time I went to bed. When I need the carpets cleaned again I will call Patrick again."

He walked me through the process, told me where to find more info on youTube, how to fold the rug and pack it up for shipping (from MA to FLA). Martin arranged for FedX to pick up the rug the next day. The rug arrived at Martin's place a few days later and he contacted me as soon as he received and gave me updates on progress.
