"I had inquired with Angi for my refrigerator , and a few vendors reached out to me via phone and text, asking about scheduling a visit. However, I had not confirmed any appointments. Then, unexpectedly on June 19th around 10:15 AM, someone knocked on my door claiming I had booked an appointment. I clearly explained that while I had made inquiries, I never confirmed or scheduled any appointment. The gentleman from Point Appliances insisted that I had booked the appointment and would need to pay the fee regardless of whether the service was performed. Since I felt I had no choice, I asked him to go ahead and check the refrigerator. Today June 23rd 2025 while discussing with Angi representative ; I got a confirmation that there was no appointment booking just enquiry, Also, the over all cost point appliances provided; I didn't agree and he left just taking the $102. I will appreciate if I get my money refunded. THANKS!!"
