"The roofing crew did a great job. The job was completed in 4 days. It probably would have been done in 3, but we had rain the afternoon of the 1st day. BAC had anticipated the rain so they did not do any work which would have led to a possible leak. They also applied tar to areas that could have led to possible leaks a couple of months before they started the new roof. There was a leak in the living room ceiling which precipitated the need for a new roof. The tar patching that they did prior to the installation of the new membrane roof prevented any further damage to the living room ceiling. I don't think any other company would have taken the time to do that. A real plus of the new roof is how cool the house has been. The AC has hardly been running since the roof was installed. I imagine it will also help hold in the heat during the winter. I am totally pleased with the job and won't hesitate to recommend BAC to anyone needing a new roof. It is an expensive roof but I feel the expense is well worth the money spent for the warranty offered and the peace of mind of not having to deal with on going roof maintenance problems."

"They arrived on 6/28; stating they would call/text when they were on their way. It was within the allotted time. The young man who came was very polite and respectful. After inspecting the roof, he notified me he had sealed a couple of holes and I had over 50 shingles missing. He also explained the shingles I had were not meant for heavy winds and there is a better product. He went on to explain his company uses 6 staples rather than 3 and explained the products they used to seal the roof to avoid any water damage. At this point, I asked about repairing the roof and he advised it would be better to replace it with the higher quality shingles. I asked for an estimate on the cost for replacement. at that time, he took measurements, called a supervisor and provided me with a rough estimate. He stated ~as this is the 4th of July weekend~ his supervisor was on vacation; however, he would get me a written estimate by end of the following week. Almost a month later, I have not received an estimate nor have they made any attempt to communicate with me. This is a big negative for me - especially with monsoon season approaching!!! I was going to have thenm install a $6k roof on my home and they don't have the courtesy to even get back to me?? I will choose someone else who is more respectful of my time and deserves to have my business."

"Our weather has been extremely wet with more than 7 inches of rain in a short period of time.  So roofers were in extreme demand.  When I called their office number and explained what I needed and where I lived the lady informed me that he was working in my area and gave me his cell phone to call.  I left a message and he returned my call within a few hours.  He was working on a roof but would stop by after he finished to look at it and give me an estimate.  When the work was completed a couple of days later he charged me less than the original quote.  <br /> <br />"
