"The siding itself took FOREVER! The contract was signed the second week of October 2025, with a stipulation that the job would be done before Christmas 2025. The job wasn't even started until the week before Thanksgiving and wasn't finished until the last week of January. The crew consisted of three guys, who would show up sometimes at 8am but usually they would roll in around 10am, take lunch at 12(usually gone 1.5 hours) then stay and work until 430-5pm then leave. We had to constantly remind them to roll their magntic bar across the yard to pick up nails and aluminum scraps (and I still find nails today (March 2026). They'd stack their ladders on my lawn and just leave them until the grass in those areas was dead and ground down to a pulp. They left gaping holes around the door frames where they'd mis-measured and would not re cut the section but tried to fill it instead with colored caulk.. Tommy had to send out another 2 man crew just to fix the first crew's garbage job."

"There is a lot with this guy, I don?t even don?t know where to start, CJ is a smooth talker, and at the same time very rude! He?s very condescending, he didn?t finish the job! I have no door knobs, or handles, as you see in the pictures. We had a leaded glass side door,,, which needed replaced, on the opposite side of the foyer we have the same door, which you can now see is a plywood door. We would have been great replacing the whole door, not even the same design,,,,, but CJ insisted he had a guy to fix the leaded glass panel. And was gonna charge us an additional $862.00 dollars, but it didn?t work out cause it would have costed more than he expected. HE suggested to buy a different door, which at the beginning, that?s what we wanted. No only does this guy argue with the customer, and what they asked for,,, he tries to insist his ways are better. Even his worker Steven bitches about him because he dosent have the materials that?s needed for the job. This guys sucks, do not hire!"

Then there was peace. Thank God for your workers that felt you were wrong and so did Mr. Mike agreed. They completed the job and I will praise them until the end. License documentation refusal. "

We were very picky about the house but he listened to our concerns and performed the job to our exact specifications. We asked him to use a product with no bleach, and to use a soft brush instead of a high speed power washer. The house looks great."
