"Very quick with coming out and getting us on there schedule.. communication was terrible after that when I was told they would be at my house to pressure wash at a specific time and I had to call hours later to find out where they were. Same thing happened the following day when they did not finish the 1st day. Also broke a blade on our outside patio but they did fix it(weeks later and they did not call before hand) also did not use any type of bleach or cleaner to pressure wash the house.. in which I had to go back over certain spots because water was not enough. "

The job included replacing 2 toilets, 2 sinks, replacing a garden tub insert with a nice walk-in shower insert and reinforced walls with extra studs for grab bars. He also replaced hardwood floors in the bathroom that had some moisture damage. Rob's work was top-notch. His price was very fair, nearly half that of the contractors that advertise constantly through the mail. Construction was completed nearly to the day he forecasted. "LVP looks great and tile in the kitchen look great but the trim and baseboards were not finished and I had to have another contractor come in and install them. The stairwell was sanded and stained and I was told they could match the stain for the stairs to the LVP and that wasn’t true either. The stairs came out pink. Now I’m having another contractor come in and fix. I would not recommend to a friend."
