"We hired them to clean our home we just purchased. They were paid 300.00 to do a deep clean and sanitize everything. They showed up to our house two adults and four teenagers. The teenagers were "cleaning" while the adults watched. Everytime I show any of them they were on their phones. They used green scrub pads on our shower and tub which left scratches on it. The floor was still filthy after they finished. Trash still on the floor after they mopped. They didn't even sweep our laundry room. When I called to complain about the mess and damage to our shower they offered to come back. But, after they were at our home for four hours and the state it was in I don't want them back in my home!! They're returning isn't going to fix the damage done to my tub/shower!! They are NOT BBB accredited as they claim to be!! I asked for money back to cover the damage and they refused. I told them that I would have to take them to small claims court and his response was "okie dokie". We were told the windows would be cleaned and they were not touched. DO NOT HIRE!!!"

"Needed my dryer vent cleaned. When Ned called I explained to him that I had two 90 degree angles. He assured me he had all the equipment needed to handle this job. When the two men arrived my husband showed them a picture of the two angles in the vent. One guy didn't speak english and walked away. Didn't even want to look at the picture. The other guy who spoke limited english just told us to call his boss. We told him his boss had already assured us they could do the job. Now for all the equipment they brought - a generator that they couldn't even get started. We have an outlet out back and told them to use it. They then just put a small hose in the vent which was blowing air. I was in the closet with the dryer and could hear the hose as it came in. It stopped at the first angle and couldn't bend to go any further. They then left. I was also told that they would bag up any lint that came out on the lawn. Big surprise - there wasn't any. My vent is still clogged."
